Admiral Brass, Unsinkable is a compact mythic commander that sets up a mill strategy and relentless creature recursion. When Brass enters the battlefield you mill four cards, which fuels your graveyard and primes Pirate targets. His triggered ability at the beginning of combat lets you return a Pirate creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter. That creature enters as a 4 4 and gains haste until end of turn so it can attack or activate immediately.
