Refund policy
Returns
If you would like to request a return and/or refund, then we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your product. Each case will be assessed individually depending on the reason for the return/refund. To request a refund, please email us at journeysendgames@gmail.com with the email subject line reading "Refund Request".
Refunds
Refunds will be given via the original method of payment. However, if requested, can be given in store credit in order to exchange the product for something else.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
