The card rewards a build that can consistently tap three untapped artifacts or creatures to add a +1/+1 counter and scry 1, so it works well in token shells and artifact synergies where incremental growth matters. Once it reaches three or more counters the Warden gains flying and vigilance which changes how it trades and how you block.
