Each option costs life which makes the card a calculated decision piece in midrange and control decks that can leverage Treasure mana, card advantage, or bodies on board for tempo.
The card blends Assassin's Creed flavor with Magic mechanics by simulating illicit networks that fund and inform the crew. Use the Treasure option to accelerate a play or sink into a critical activation. Choose the draw line when you need selection and accept the life payment as a calculated cost. The shapeshifter route is straightforward value for aggressive turns or chump blocking while retaining creature type utility for tribal synergies.
