Sunshot Militia is a pragmatic addition to red aggro and artifact-synergy decks. For {1}{R} you get a 1 3 body that trades well as a blocker and turns your board into incremental reach. The printed ability lets you tap two untapped artifacts and or creatures you control to deal one damage to each opponent, usable only as a sorcery. That interaction rewards boards with cheap token creatures or reusable artifacts and it converts board presence into direct pressure without overextending your curve.

In Lost Caverns of Ixalan lore, the militia were citizen fighters adding measured firepower to larger campaigns. In play they function the same way. Sunshot Militia pairs with sacrificial engines and tap outlets, or simply with multiple small creatures to tax opponents over turns. The foil Medium Play copy shown here carries visible surface wear consistent with regular play but retains full artwork and readable text for casual use or cube drafting.
