The ability fits naturally into engine builds that churn artifacts and sacrifice triggers while preserving board presence with a respectable three four body.
Play Senator Peacock when you want consistent card flow and unblockable moments from your clue conversions. Artifacts double as clues and gain the activated ability to pay two and sacrifice for a draw. Each time you sacrifice a clue you can push a creature through combat by making it unblocked for the turn.
