Rune-Brand Juggler is a compact tempo piece that fits cleanly into red black aggro and midrange decks from Murders at Karlov Manor. For {2}{B}{R} you get a 2 2 body that forces an immediate board decision when it enters the battlefield. The suspect mechanic gives you a proactive way to lock a creature into a threatening role by granting menace and preventing it from blocking which can open combat lines or protect a key attacker from being stalled.
The activated ability trades a suspected creature for a brutal removal window. Paying 3{B}{R} and sacrificing a suspected creature lets you take down larger blockers or finish off a game ending threat by applying a -5/-5 effect until end of turn. The card rewards sequencing and threat management more than raw power. From a deck building perspective it promotes aggressive board development and tactical sacrifices in line with the set theme.
