Party Thrasher: Convocation in Red
Party Thrasher is a red Lizard Wizard that slots into a deck built around convoke and exile play. Its presence lets noncreature spells you cast from exile have convoke, meaning tapping your creatures can help pay for those spells. With a solid 1/4 body, it provides a reliable midgame threat while you lean into your spell from exile plan. The card's straight forward body and ability slot neatly into many red based tempo and control hybrids.
During your precombat main phase you may discard a card, and if you do, exile the top two cards of your library and choose one to play this turn. This gives you flexible fuel for the same turn you push damage, letting you sculpt your options and tempo on the fly. The light play foil finish adds a vivid edge to the card, making the red frame pop at the table while you execute a measured, board oriented strategy.
