Mob Verdict: Vote, Resolve, Repeat
Mob Verdict is a compact red sorcery that converts political pressure into direct damage and card advantage. The Secret council mechanic asks each player to secretly vote for another player then reveals the outcome. Each vote cast against an opponent translates into two points of damage to that opponent and every creature they control, while votes cast against you turn into cards. Use it as a punitive board sweeper against clustered boards or as targeted removal when one opponent is clearly the threat.
Play timing and seat reading matter. This spell scales with multiplayer dynamics and punishes table consensus; it rewards chairs that draw attention to a single player while offering compensation for brigaded targets. It pairs well with effects that force votes or manipulate choices, and it functions cleanly in a deck that wants to leverage political pressure for value without overcomplicating lines of play.
