Loan Shark: Collector of IOUs
Loan Shark is a compact workhorse for tempo oriented blue decks. At four mana for a 3/4 Shark Rogue it stands in combat and pressures opposing plans while offering a conditional card advantage. When Loan Shark enters the battlefield, if you have cast two or more spells this turn you draw a card. That clause rewards spell heavy turns and plays well with cheap cantrips and cascade effects common in Outlaws of Thunder Junction builds.
The card also sports Plot 3U which lets you exile it from your hand and cast it later without paying its mana cost. That mechanic gives you late game value and surprise sources of card advantage when you set up a turn ahead. Loan Shark reads like a toolbox piece more than a headline creature. Use it to smooth draws, refill after a board trade, or as bait while you assemble a more complex combo.
