Lazav Unmasked
Lazav, Wearer of Faces is a compact plan for incremental advantage. As a Legendary Creature that trades presence for disruption, Lazav pressures opponents while exiling useful creatures from graveyards each time he attacks. The investigate trigger creates a Clue that you can sac for card draw and then use to copy an exiled creature by sacrificing that Clue. That loop turns removal into a toolbox and keeps your hand full of options without overcommitting the board.
In play the card rewards timing and reading the table. Attack to exile a target card, then plan your Clue sacrifices around which creature you need that turn. Lazav is a functional piece in graveyard focused builds and a neat fit in control lists that prize flexible bodies. The foil Light Play presentation from Murders at Karlov Manor gives the card a collector appeal while remaining playtested and tournament ready.
