Kellan Rallies the Legends
Kellan Joins Up is a compact engine for legendary decks that rewards careful sequencing. When Kellan Joins Up enters the battlefield you may exile a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your hand and have it become plotted, giving you a pay free avenue to cast that card later as a sorcery. The effect pairs well with low cost utility creatures and disrupts an opponent who expects straightforward pressure.
The second ability makes Kellan Joins Up a persistent anthem for any board full of legendary creatures. Whenever a legendary creature enters under your control you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control which turns each new arrival into incremental board growth. Use Kellan Joins Up to protect tempo, to pump token strategies, or to turn small legends into meaningful threats over several turns.
