Kellan Joins Up
Kellan Joins Up is a compact engine piece that rewards a tight hand and a steady stream of legends. When it enters the battlefield you may exile a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your hand and have it become plotted, creating a delayed resource that can be cast later. That plotted card gives you a measured way to smooth plays while preserving tempo in the early turns.
Beyond setup value the enchantment turns your legendary creatures into incremental board growth. Each time a legendary creature enters under your control you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, so the card pairs well with token makers and anthem effects. Play it in decks that can reliably recur or cast multiple legendary creatures in a turn and it shifts the game toward board presence without demanding a single big swing.
