Edward Kenway translates Assassin instinct into a clear tabletop engine. This Near Mint Foil from Universes Beyond Assassin's Creed represents a five five legend that rewards aggressive board presence and smart attacks. At the beginning of your end step you convert board engagement into Treasures for every tapped Assassin Pirate or Vehicle you control, which makes tempo plays and crewed Vehicles more profitable than they appear.
The second ability turns successful Vehicle strikes into card advantage and disruption. When a Vehicle you control deals combat damage to a player you surveil their top card and exile it face down. You gain a window to cast that card while it stays exiled. In practice Edward Kenway is a political threat and an economic engine: crew a Vehicle to pressure your opponent and let the Treasure generation and clandestine card access compound into later turns.
