Slipstream Heist
Dream-Thief's Bandana rewards careful attacks and tight timing. As an experienced commander you will appreciate how a low cost artifact equipment turns each instance of combat damage into card advantage and surprise options. The bandana asks you to commit a creature to the breach and then grants the chance to recruit whatever sits on top of an opponent library, kept hidden until you choose to play it.
The design favors commanders that attack often or enable repeated combat damage triggers. The exile face down clause creates information asymmetry that fits the Outlaws of Thunder Junction theme. Equip them on a fast threat, and each successful strike can shift the game by adding a playable card while allowing any color of mana to cast it.
