The final clause forces that player to shuffle and draw for each card exiled from their hand this way.

This is a control tool that doubles as targeted hate when you plan ahead. It clears the battlefield and can strip repeating threats from a single opponent’s resources if evidence was collected. Play it in decks that can reliably assemble six evidence or that benefit when opponents are thinned of key cards.
