Coercive Portal: Council or Carnage

Coercive Portal offers a simple but brutal clock for multiplayer tables. This artifact forces a will of the council vote at the start of your upkeep, starting with you, and turns political pressure into either a card or a board wipe. Play it in a deck that can steer votes through threats or incentives and you can repeatedly tax opponents for information and favors before the portal ever detonates.

As a commander era mythic the Portal fits into control shells and political builds alike. Use sacrifice outlets or blink effects to avoid the worst outcome or to push the vote toward homage when you need card advantage. The borderless treatment underscores the set theme while remaining functional in play where timing and table reads matter as much as raw power.
