Arm Mounted Anchor: Steady the Line
Arm Mounted Anchor is a compact control tool for decks that want to turn damage into card advantage while keeping a pressure plan. The equipment gives a modest boost and menace so your attacker can push through blockers more reliably. When your equipped creature connects with an opponent it converts that combat into two card draws and forces a discard unless you pitch a Pirate card. That exchange changes how you evaluate trades and makes Pirates more valuable as a resource beyond tribal synergies.
Play it as a midgame pivot. The equip cost is straightforward and can become cheaper when your hand is shallow which rewards tight resource play. This card fits in builds that can reliably hit with a single attacker and that can afford to run Pirate matter or discard fodder. From an experienced point of view it is best used on creatures that already have evasion or on boards where you plan to attack every turn and extract incremental advantage from each successful strike.
