Annie Flash, the Veteran brings practical utility to midrange shells that want immediate impact and long term advantage. That interaction reads well in attrition games and pairs with sacrifice synergies or utility artifacts and creatures you rely on for recurring value.
Beyond recursion, Annie punishes opponents who expect simple attacks. Whenever she becomes tapped, you exile the top two cards of your library and may play them this turn.
