Annie Flash, the Veteran puts a practical twist on reinstatement strategies. This mythic legendary creature arrives with Flash and a triggered reanimation ability that returns a permanent card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped when you cast it. In play Annie can pressure opponents while giving you a measured recursion tool to recover a key artifact land or low cost creature for immediate impact.
Her second ability rewards aggressive use of tapping as a resource. Whenever Annie Flash becomes tapped you exile the top two cards of your library and may play them that turn. That lets you convert tempo into card advantage and reach for answers or threats without overcommitting.
