Airtight Alibi
Airtight Alibi is a compact answer for a tense combat step or a surprise block. Cast it with flash to latch onto a creature, untap that creature and give it hexproof until end of turn so it slips past removal or targeted tricks. The card reads like a district level workaround in Karlov Manor play where suspicion matters; if the enchanted creature was marked as suspected, that marker is removed and further suspicion cannot stick.
In play it provides immediate tempo and a modest stat boost as the enchanted creature gets +2/+2. Use it to turn a losing race into a favorable trade or to protect a key attacker on a raid turn. Experienced players will note the interaction with blink and reanimation effects where the untap and hexproof window can be leveraged for additional value.
