Skybound Seizure

Aerial Extortionist is a practical midrange piece for white commander shells that want control with upside. At {3}{W}{W} it comes down after a ramp turn and immediately pressures opposing boards with its enter the battlefield effect. When it enters or deals combat damage to a player you may exile a nonland permanent and allow its owner to cast that card while it remains exiled. That wording creates a soft lock on value pieces and opens windows for tempo plays, recoveries, and abuse with blink or sacrifice loops.
The creature also taxes opponents in another way. Its passive draw trigger grants you a card whenever another player casts a spell from anywhere other than their hand. This pairs cleanly with political multiplayer play and with strategies that force opponents to play from exile, graveyard, or library. A 4/3 flyer fills an evasive attacker role and gives you both board interaction and card advantage in the same package. Use it to thin boards, deny key permanents, and profit from the extra information generated by unconventional casting routes.
