Zoyowa's Justice — Library Reprisal
Zoyowa's Justice is a compact instant that trades board removal for long term disruption. For {1}{R} you force the owner of an artifact or creature with mana value 1 or greater to shuffle that permanent into their library, then resolve a discovery equal to its mana value. The effect replaces a simple exile or destroy line with a draw and cast resolution that can deny the opponent the very card they relied on or give them a new, unpredictable option from the top of their deck.
In practical play this card shines against low to mid curve threats and combo pieces that must recur from the battlefield. Use it to push tempo by turning a resolved threat into a deck search that may fail to recover the same plan. The Lost Caverns flavor fits: Zoyowa punishes careless placement of treasure or constructs by forcing a secondhand fate found only deep within the library.

Card Text / Rules Text (Printed) – The owner of target artifact or creature with mana value 1 or greater shuffles it into their library. Then that player discovers X, where X is its mana value. (They exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with that mana value or less. They cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into their hand. They put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
