Windfall: Reset the Table

Windfall is a classic wheel effect that trades empty hands for fresh information. Cast for {2}{U}, it forces each player to discard their hand and then draw cards equal to the greatest number discarded this way. In multiplayer Commander games this one spell can reorient the table, generating card advantage for whoever times it with an empty hand or a well stocked graveyard.

Play Windfall when you want to refuel attackers or refill a control plan. It works cleanly with graveyard synergies and storm decks that want a lot of cards to cast in a single turn. Expect opponents to respond with hand protection, so use it when you can capitalize on the new draw step or when you have ways to recur resources from your graveyard.
