Will of the Abzan is a compact, tactical sorcery that reads like a game plan for attrition and recovery. Cast for {3}{B}, it forces opponents to choose which creature they keep while bleeding life, or lets you recur a key threat from your graveyard. If you have your commander on the battlefield as you cast it, you may choose both modes making the card a versatile turnaround tool in Commander matches.
Use Will of the Abzan to clear problematic blockers and simultaneously refill your board. The first mode pressures each targeted opponent to sacrifice a creature with the greatest power they control and lose 3 life, which punishes wide boards and forces awkward blocks.
