Whispering Snitch rewards a patient approach to surveillance. The card trades setup for repeated value by triggering on your first surveil each turn. In practical play the creature turns each surveil into incremental advantage by pinging each opponent and returning you one life at the same time. That makes it a compact engine in decks that surveil often or can generate free scries on opponents turns.

The body is modest and resilient enough to survive several turns while it extracts value. As a Vampire Rogue it fits naturally into dimly lit political decks that grind value from the graveyard and information plays. Use it where you can reliably surveil early or chain surveils across turns and the card will quietly tilt close games back in your favor.
