Vnwxt, Verbose Host — Enginewright of the Aether

Vnwxt, Verbose Host rewards players who embrace incremental advantage and careful timing. Vnwxt, Verbose Host arrives as a Legendary Creature Homunculus that sets your engine rolling with a novel speed mechanic that grows as opponents lose life. The Light Play Foil finish adds a subtle sheen that catches the table light but keeps the card readable during play.

In play Vnwxt, Verbose Host changes how you manage cards and tempo. You have no maximum hand size which smooths out draw steps, and the Max speed effect turns single draws into two when your engine is running. Use Vnwxt to stabilize against aggressive starts or to accelerate midgame value. If you build around incremental triggers and alternate draw lines, this Aetherdrift rare fits into blue control shells and combo lanes alike. Consider adding card selection and life loss synergies to unlock its full potential.
