Topography Tracker is a compact engine that rewards boards built around creatures and incremental advantage. Casting this {2}{G} two two gives you an immediate Map token and a passive rule that doubles every explore trigger your creatures would get. In practice the card turns a single explore into two, letting you dig for lands and effects faster while applying pressure with the creature itself.

Use the Map token as a one use backup that can trigger an additional explore when you need it. The Tracker fits cleanly into green shells that value on demand card flow and repeated triggers. From a lore standpoint the merfolk scout charts caverns and currents so you get a mechanical feel that matches the Lost Caverns of Ixalan setting without fuss.
