Temur War Shaman — Manifest the Hunt
Temur War Shaman is a pragmatic addition to any midrange or value deck that leans on creature interaction. When it hits the battlefield you manifest the top card of your library and gain a free 2/2 body that can be turned face up later if it is a creature. That manifest trigger smooths out tempo and sometimes converts into immediate board presence when the revealed card is playable.
The card also provides a reliable source of forced trades. Each time a permanent you control is turned face up and it is a creature you may have that creature fight a target creature an opponent controls. In play this creates the sort of incremental advantage that wins attrition wars. The printed 4 over 5 stats make the Shaman a sturdy clock and an effective blocker while you set up flips and fights.
