Take the Bait: Turn Combat Around
Take the Bait is a tactical instant that reads like a clean answer and a bluff rolled into one. Cast only during an opponent's turn and only in combat. It prevents all combat damage to you and your planeswalkers this turn while untapping every attacking creature and goading them so they must attack again. The printed timing restriction makes this a reactive play for commanders who need to survive a lethal swing and then punish overcommitment.
From a deck building perspective this card rewards timing and table awareness. It gives you a safe window to reset defenses and forces opponents to rework attack plans during the same turn. In a Karlov Manor draft it fits well where politics and forced combat matter. Use it to protect key permanents, stall a lethal strike or bait opponents into poor attacks that a follow up combat phase can exploit.
