This foil borderless near mint copy shows the paired leaders perched with a patient dragon behind them and reads as a five color capable finisher that also supports a spellslinger approach. An experienced player will note flying and vigilance mean Shiko and Narset can both protect the air and block when needed while leaving mana open for reactive casting.
The Flurry trigger encourages careful count and timing. Whenever your second spell each turn resolves you get a copy if it targeted a permanent or player, and you can select new targets for that copy; if you choose not to copy you still draw a card which smooths draws and keeps options available. Use this card as a commander or high impact companion in decks that value targeted interaction and midrange pressure. Add it to a Commander list to improve late game redundancy and to turn every well timed second spell into incremental value.
