Saheeli's Lattice: Turn Thought into Tempo

Saheeli's Lattice is an artifact that trades a small hand investment for immediate card advantage. When it enters the battlefield you may discard a card and if you do draw two cards. That trade off gives the card clear utility in midrange and spellcraft builds where digging for answers matters more than net card count. The casting cost of {1}{R} makes it easy to slot in low curve decks or to cast from late game mana without disrupting your tempo.

The lattice also features a Craft ability that interacts with Dinosaurs and the graveyard. With one or more Dinosaurs in play you can pay 4{R}, exile the artifact and one or more Dinosaurs you control and or Dinosaur cards from your graveyard to return the card transformed under your control. That conversion is meant for palettes that plan around creature synergies and graveyard recursion. Use Saheeli's Lattice as a proactive draw engine early and as a setup piece for larger board plays later in the game.
