Ride the Spark: Rodeo Pyromancers
Rodeo Pyromancers is a compact engine for red decks that want reliable incremental damage and mana smoothing. For {3}{R} you get a 3/4 creature that pays back tempo the moment you start casting each turn. The printed ability reads "Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, add {R}{R}." That trigger turns a low density of spells into burst fuel. It pairs cleanly with cheap cantrips, modal spells, and one mana rituals to accelerate into mid game threats or to power a surprise finisher.
In matches the Pyromancers plays like a utility attacker that also fuels reach. The creature body matters against aggressive decks and the colorless investment keeps it playable in decks that need a sturdy threat. In lore terms the Outlaws of Thunder Junction trade honed rope tricks for flamecraft, and Rodeo Pyromancers fit that mood exactly. Consider it for burn shell builds, token engines and any deck that benefits from converting a single spell into extra red mana.
