Anchorage on the Wing
Restless Anchorage is a practical addition for decks that pair tempo with tempo denial. The land enters tapped so your first turn with it is deliberate, but it can add either {W} or {U} when untapped. For one mana plus white and blue it becomes a 2/3 Bird with flying until end of turn while remaining a land. That makes it useful both as mana and as a surprise attacker or blocker once you have the colors available.
In play it does two jobs. It smooths your mana base and it pressures opponents when you attack since it also creates a Mapa token on attack. The card fits well in fading control shells or aggressive tempo builds that want an extra flying body without sacrificing land utility. The foil borderless treatment on this near mint copy highlights the cinematic cavern art and suits decks that lean into Ixalan era themes.
