Panoptic Projektor
Panoptic Projektor is a toolbox piece for any deck that wants to push the metagame around morph and manifest plays. The artifact lowers the cost of the next face down creature spell you cast this turn by three mana and also doubles up certain triggered effects when you turn a face down permanent face up. That makes it a practical inclusion in builds that cast creatures face down to hide their lines and then flip them for value on schedule.
From a gameplay perspective this card asks you to plan the sequence of your plays. Cast with an available face down creature it buys tempo. Flip triggers become repeatable sources of value and can sway combat or board states when timed well. The Extended Art here fits the Murders at Karlov Manor mood while keeping the function clear for competitive and casual tables alike.
