Narcomoeba is a compact engine piece that turns self milling into an immediate board presence. The card name and creature type make its role clear. For one and a blue you get a 1 1 flying Illusion that skips the graveyard waiting room when it is milled from the library and lands straight onto your battlefield. In draft or Commander, that conversion from library casualty to blocker or chump attacker is what keeps tempo intact and prevents milling from being purely self destructive.
