Mission Briefing is a tight blue instant that rewards patient setup and careful sequencing. It lets you surveil 2 to sculpt the top of your library then pick an instant or sorcery from your graveyard and cast it this turn. Use it to extend a single turn of interaction or to recover a crucial answer that you have already used. The card name appears on the stack, but the real value is how it bends your graveyard into a second resource without committing permanent board presence.

In Commander: Murders at Karlov Manor style play, Mission Briefing is pragmatic and subtle. It fits decks that want to chain spells, protect a combo piece or reload countermagic after a sweep. The surveil interaction is also useful for setting up future draws or feeding delve and other graveyard synergies. Experienced players will time it after a removal or in response to a spell to maximize tempo while keeping the recovered spell off the battlefield until it matters most.
