Mischievous Mystic — Faerie Party Starter
The Mischievous Mystic from Foundations is a compact engine for tempo and incremental advantage. Mischievous Mystic rewards card draw and punishes passive turns; on your second card each turn it grants a 1/1 blue Faerie with flying, turning cantrips and card selection into bodies on board. In a control shell the Mystic extends reach and chump blockers while in an aggressive blue shell it converts card velocity into repeated air pressure.
As a 2 1 creature with flying the Mystic survives trades and benefits from pump effects and lord synergies. Its low cost makes it easy to flash into a stalled board or to deploy on curve alongside card draw spells. The card is shown here in Light Play condition and it is the English printing from Foundations. Add it to decks that value incremental value and token interactions and let the little faeries start doing the heavy lifting.
