Canonize the Horde

March of the Canonized is a compact engine that converts extra mana into board presence and eventual air superiority. Cast it for {X}{W}{W} to flood the board with X one one white Vampire tokens that have lifelink. The tokens stabilize life totals and trade well against small creatures while your late game develops.

Secondary value arrives at each upkeep when your devotion to white and black hits seven or more. That threshold creates a sizable four three white and black Vampire Demon with flying. In Commander the card rewards devotion focused lists and plays well with Anthem effects, token multipliers, and ways to cheat devotion totals into place. The extended art frames the card like an order leading a relentless march which fits the practical combo role it fills in many decks.
