Secondary value arrives at each upkeep when your devotion to white and black hits seven or more. That threshold creates a sizable four three white and black Vampire Demon with flying. In Commander the card rewards devotion focused lists and plays well with Anthem effects, token multipliers, and ways to cheat devotion totals into place.
