Magda, the Hoardmaster reads like a toolkit for Treasure based decks. With a casting cost of {1}{R} and a 2/2 body the card trades tempo for value. Whenever you commit a crime you create a tapped Treasure token which fuels ramp and sacrifice outlets. The ability triggers only once each turn which makes timing and sequencing important in draft or midrange play.
The second ability turns accumulated Treasures into an immediate threat. Sacrificing three Treasures creates a 4/4 red Scorpion Dragon creature token with flying and haste that can close out a game the turn it is made.
