Keeper of the Accord — Steady End Step Advantage
Keeper of the Accord rewards careful board monitoring and timing. As a three mana white creature with resilient stats you get a 3 4 body that pressures opponents while providing recurring value at the end step. If an opponent has more creatures than you each end step you gain incremental board presence in the form of 1 1 white Soldier creature tokens. Those tokens shore up a thin board state and plug holes against aggressive decks.
The second trigger reads like mana fixing for command games. When an opponent controls more lands than you at their end step you may tutor a basic Plains and put it onto the battlefield tapped. That effect smooths late game draws and accelerates color requirements without risking open mana on your own turn. Keeper of the Accord fits well in a midrange commander shell or in a white weenie build that needs both bodies and a reliable path to fixing colored mana.
