Jeska's Will is a compact spell that reads well in a range of red builds. The card gives you a choice between two clean lines of play. One line taxes your opponent by generating one red mana for each card in a targeted opponent's hand. The alternate line digs, exiling the top three cards of your library and letting you play them this turn. If your commander stands with you when you cast it you may take both actions. That conditional makes it excellent in commander pods where timing and board state matter more than raw speed.
From a deck building perspective this card rewards reading the table. It functions as hand hate converted into ramp when opponents hold many cards and as a mini topdeck engine when you need gas. The spell sits at three mana and fits smoothly into midrange burn or spell heavy lists that want flexibility. A small touch of lore ties Jeska to Radha as she channels volatile strength in a pitched moment of preparation for what comes next.
