Flip the Depths
Inverted Iceberg is a compact piece of card advantage that fits neatly into blue artifact shells. When Inverted Iceberg enters the battlefield, you mill a card and then draw a card, which trades a top library card for immediate information and a replacement. That exchange is useful in decks that leverage the graveyard or want to smooth draws while setting up later plays.
You can also invest into its Craft with artifact ability to turn the artifact into a board threat. Pay the craft cost, exile it with another artifact you control or from your graveyard, and return it transformed as a 6/6 under your control. The effect is straightforward. It gives a predictable route from utility to power when the game shifts and you need a creature to close or to pressure opponents.
