Charge of the Raze-Boar
Ilharg, the Raze-Boar is a straightforward engine for aggressive decks that want creatures on the battlefield the moment combat begins. The 6/6 body with trample demands answers and forces blocks that trade poorly for the defender. When Ilharg attacks you can drop a creature from hand directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking then reclaim it at the next end step. That loop creates tempo swings and punishes slow starts.
Beyond raw power Ilharg carries a soft recursion clause that keeps it cycling through your deck instead of staying dead or exiled. That makes it a safe top end in creature-focused lists and a reliable threat in Commander. Use Ilharg to pressure life totals, enable sacrifice synergies or present an immediate attacker to bait removal while you deploy value creatures behind it.
