Ghostly Pilferer slips through untapped windows
Ghostly Pilferer is a compact tempo engine for blue decks that prize card advantage and evasive pressure. At two mana this Spirit Rogue rewards careful attack and idle phases. Whenever it becomes untapped you may pay {2} to draw, and its triggered draw when opponents cast spells from zones other than their hand turns disruption into card flow. That makes it useful alongside bounce and blink strategies as well as in meta games with lots of graveyard and exile plays.
Play it on turn two to apply early clock and keep hand size healthy. The discard ability that grants unblockable status buys a combat window when you need one more point of damage or want to push a threat through without committing additional mana. The card reads like a utility staple rather than a bomb, which fits a commander shell that wants repeatable advantage and a little mischief from a passing spirit.
