The body is large enough to trade efficiently and small enough to fit into aggressive tempo turns where you want to keep the pressure on the opponent.
The card shines with its crime triggered ability. Whenever you commit a crime you look at the top five cards of your library and may put a land card from among them onto the battlefield tapped. The rest go on the bottom of your library in a random order. That effect triggers only once each turn which means timing matters; plan your crimes around your curve and sequence your plays to maximize land drops and tempo.
