Frantic Scapegoat is a one mana red Goat that rewards proactive sequencing. It arrives with haste and immediately becomes a suspect when it enters the battlefield, creating an opening to threaten damage or bait responses. The suspect mechanic interacts cleanly with token generators and mass enter the battlefield strategies, letting you transfer suspect status to a newly arrived creature and keep tempo while preserving your board presence.
From a gameplay perspective this card is a small but flexible tool. Use it to push early damage, to force blocks, or to shepherd a more valuable creature into a protected suspect state. In the Murders at Karlov Manor frame the goat fits the set tone by creating fleeting chaos that can be directed with careful plays rather than left to chance.
