This card fits into midrange and fixer roles where a steady supply of varied mana matters more than raw acceleration.
In Lost Caverns of Ixalan lore the Komon Winaq left behind architectural fingerprints that still guide spelunkers and pirates alike. In play the Monument is quiet insurance. It does not change the board state dramatically on its own yet it smooths awkward draws and makes splash lines workable.
