The Investigator also complements draw engines. Every time you draw a second card in a turn you get a 1/1 white Spirit with flying, so dig effects and wheel strategies create board presence as a byproduct. It fits well in control lists that plan to trade tempo for card advantage and in multiplayer Commander pods where opponent count magnifies its initial investigation impact. The card plays cleanly with artifact sacrifice loops and token synergies common to the set.
