Desert Canticle
Dune Chanter slots into green decks that want to make every land play matter. As a two mana Plant Druid with reach and a built in utility tap, it retools your land base into a shared resource. Lands you control and lands you own off the battlefield gain Desert as an additional type so synergies that care about Desert cards or exile triggers can work from hand and deck as well as the battlefield.
The static ability also grants all your lands the ability to produce mana of any color which smooths splash lines and powers color hungry spells. The tap mill ability is a slow economy play but one that rewards careful sequencing. Mill two cards then gain one life for each land milled this way pairs well with graveyard recursion and land count matters themes while the reach keeps it viable against flyers in longer games.
